Are these products for human use?
No. Everything in the catalogue is supplied for laboratory research only — not for human or veterinary use, and not a drug, food or cosmetic. Ordering requires accepting the research-use terms at the gate and at checkout.
What do the six colours mean?
Each colour is a research category: Lilac is cognitive, Ice metabolic, Mint repair, Cream growth, Rose longevity and Fog dermal. The colour on the label is the colour on the page.
How is purity verified?
Through an HPLC and mass-spectrometry testing programme. Certificates of analysis are published on the Lab Reports page as each batch is returned, and any batch record can be requested by email.
When do orders ship?
Orders placed before 3PM ET on business days are dispatched the same day with tracking. Standard (3–5 business days), express (1–2) and overnight options are shown at checkout.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced when reported within 48 hours of delivery — the refund policy page has the full conditions.
How should vials be stored on receipt?
Compounds ship as lyophilised powder. Keep vials sealed, cold and away from light until use in the laboratory; per-compound storage notes are on each product page.
